The type of information we collect

The only information we hold are names and contact details.
For a website enquiry, we will hold name, email address and phone number.
If a website visitor who enquires wishes to book one of our services, we will also require their home address for the purposes of the booking agreement / contract.

This information is provided to us directly by you voluntarily through either electronically via our web enquiry form or email address or over the phone

Why we require this information

Customers:
When a website visitor is interested in our services, they supply their name, email address and phone number voluntarily via our web enquiry form (or my emailing us) so that we can a) provide a quote for our services and b) communicate with them further details should they decide to make a booking.
The only additional data that would be supplied after this is the customer's home address which is required in order for us to draw up a booking agreement / contract.

Band Members:
We store names, email addresses and phone numbers for all freelance musicians (band members) who work with us. Permission for us to hold this information has been explicitly provided by each band member.

Any person for whom we store personal data has the right to be 'forgotten' at any time by emailing, phoning or writing to us using the contact details at the top of this page.

How we store your information

Your information is held in our secure electronic database on accessible by the director and deputy director of the company.

How long is your information stored for

For enquiries that turn into bookings, we will hold your data indefinitely for post event analysis / reviewing and to aid any future bookings.
For enquiries that don't turn into bookings, we will erase your information from our electronic database usually within 6 months and no later than 2 years from the date of enquiry.

Your data protection rights

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
